AHHH, but thank goodness it is almost over. From the minute that I couldn't sleep ... all the way 'till this afternoon, I was pooped. I had managed to get myself so nervous that I couldn't eat anything, let alone sit still !
So, yes ... after all of that, just like I said ... it did no good to worry, but I couldn't help it, I swear. The prayers must have done some good as everything went much better than we had obviously expected, so even though my stomach is still a bit churny, it is ok. We got to court rather early, kids in tow as we had other things to do and had to stop at thier schools, but everyone was excellent , so no complaints.
What happened really; was that we waited and then went to small claims, provided the proof that we've had OUR own - full coverage - insurance all along ... the attorney from W.F. had asked to appear via telephone; which he did, and we all decided that we'd like to come up with an amicable solution to the problem for resolution and hopefully have it reached by September 24th - when we are asked to appear again to see if a solution has been made. They also decided to defur (?sp.) all payments until that time so as money is not an issue. So what a relief .... there will hopefully be no repo, however, they have managed to screw up our credit. I know since our identity theft, I really just don't care about it anymore, but that part still sucks. I don't think it is fair or right to do to people. So, we did what we had to do; by proving that we've always had our own proper insurance and not gone without - and all seems to have turned out alright - atleast for the time being. Whew !
So after court, Adam took us out for Ice cream and then we came home - he got the rest of the day off, however we both just totally crashed in the livingroom, it was nice to just lie my head down and not have to worry about silly mess.
Well... now, It is time for me to think about dinner - a bit late, but okay - so what ???? I am not a restuarant, even though I wish I was .... It is still raining, it has been raining now for almost four days and I am tired of rain ! Water is in my basement AGAIN and we can't do anything about it until the rain stops. I have put off doing the things I have to do in the garage and stuff, because of the rain - but oh well, I guess. I suppose I can rest .... even though there will be time for that soon enough. I just hate procrastinating !
Sooo, I guess I am off, I think I will try to find something on TV (yeaaaa -right) that is sorta interesting before I make dinner, I am hoping for something easy, I am going to be lazy - so maybe sandwiches, I dunno. Everyone is being quiet, so I am going to enjoy it before they start telling me they are half starved to death and withering away !
