Hello again everybody ! I thought I would stop in for a few tonight and jot down how our day went before I got ready for bed.
It was a beautiful day out here, sunny and warm for most of it, I'd say just around 75 degrees, so we got out and enjoyed every second of it. Went out to lunch, then took the kids to the park. We played frisbee, basketball and catch. Took a nice walk then went home and finished up the evening jumping on the trampoline. The kids got so dirty outside, but it's all good .. it washes off. LOL.
So, just chillin now sittin here, gonna shower in a few then watch some TV or read my newest book by Micheal J Fox. I finished my Book by Kirk Cameron - VERRRRY very good - I will say ! So don't know that the new one will top that, I read a little, but not too impressed yet, but we'll see.
Tuesday we go to Kalahari, and the kids are already packed and set to go. They are so excited. I was going to have it be a suprise, but I can't lie or keep a secret to save my life .. so , errrrr, that did not work out too well. HAhaha ... Anyway they are exstatic about going and cannot wait ! I know alot of my time will be spent alone with Gracie again, but that is ok - we'll have our own fun ... even though it will most likely be me, chasing her, while she runs in circles again . LOL.
I will take my reading and lesson plans with too and see if I can get some of that done - that would be nice. I AM enjoying the homeschooling so far and like I said, the kids have already deschooled a little and I can see a slight change in them - which is good. I can't wait for the day that this is just a way of being.
Adam and I discussed losing Wyatt for a bit last night. I miss the thought of him - I do. I would have been 23 weeks this Sunday. Wow, time flies. Anyway, we might think of having more, but as we have said before, and for many years now, we want to leave it up to the Lord and what he desides. Not that we are actively "trying" ... just maybe I have a small hope.
I don't care anymore if people don't like that I want more (kids), OR that I already have 5. I am happy and if that is what the Lord decides then I am happy with all that he desides. I guess if someone don't like it, then too bad, it isn't thier life and I don't honestly know why I ever let it bother me to begin with !
Well. I think that is all I have to say for the time being. My kids are all finally out of the shower so I can take my turn.

I was just thinking that this coming Thursday I would be 14 weeks and just out of my first trimester. I wish I thought that I would maybe have the opportunity to have another one, but sadly I don't think that is going to happen. The whole darn thing really sucks, doesn't it. I am sorry, for I know exactly how you feel.
ReplyDeleteGlad the weather was nice and you have something to look forward to. We missed Kalahari this year for the first time in 5 years. Oh well, maybe next year. Have a great time....I am sure you will. Cherish every moment of running around after Grace!
Sounds like you had a nice day outside with your family. The weather here has been really nice for the last few days. Nice to be able to get outside finally. I thought spring was never going to get here. lol

Hello Tammie! Nice to hear from you! I hope your Sunday will be a good one! Trying to get caught up around here. Which isn't to hard with it being so empty around here. Sounds like your weather has been great and you have been enjoying it! Yeah! That is always nice! Our weather has been nice also!! I am glad thta your homeschooling is going well also!!!! I think it's good that you and Adam got to talk some about Wyatt and I don't think your strange or silly to think about having more. I bet you'll have a great time on your vacations! Cant' wait to hear about it and see picutres! Hugs your way!!

Im glad you and Adam are able to look back and talk about Wyatt. Im sure its still hard at times for you all.
I finally saw Fireproof the other day. I cried and cried because so many scenes really hit home for me...really good movie though. I remember you saying how it good it was not to long ago.
