LAST BLOG ...

HA HA .... just for the year 2007 anyway. :O) With about an hour and a half left here till we ring in 2008, I wanted to wish everyone a great and spactacular new year !

I am sorry that I haven't been around too much the last week or so, I have been busy with Christmas and the kids being home from school. I am the weirdo that loves to have them stay at home with me so I like to spend lots of time with them. Besides that, when I am not busy I have just been in a funk about blogging ... not really felt like doing that too much, but I have stopped in and kept up with everyone else. I guess also that Yahoo has been acting pretty wonky from time to time, so that does get irritating, but since I haven't been here too much, it hasn't been an issue. For the most part - I am just not going to complain about it, it don't bug me that much.

My daughter went to a party tonight, a sleep over. Her first in about 3 years - not that she hadn't been invited, but since the last incident, I had to make sure that this time the parents could be trusted, so we spent time with them this evening when I dropped her off and they did seem very nice. Still I doubt the slightest - that is just me - yaaaaa, I have huge trust issues people, so it is hard. Anyway --- we will do our new years celebrating tommorrow when she gets home. I didn't want to do anything without her here, it is not the same. At least to me anyway.

The holidays were okay here, but I hate to see the kids go back to school. I really like when they are home. I have tons of pictures that I want to share when I have more time. Gracie has gotten so big - so you all know I have to share that. Although I must say - that I will most likely be totally re-setting my settings here soon as I have a bit more time - a friend told me that someone has been "stealing" pictures of Gracie - posting them on her page -etc. She gave me a link to follow, but not alot was found under that, however I am pretty creeped out about it - I've already been through identity theft, so it is just spooky. I like sharing my photos of the kids with my friends - you all mean alot to me, but if I can't do it without being worried about it, I can't do it at all. I have to think on it all for a bit of time yet, but I will let you know what I decide.

Goshhhhh . I tell you - I swear -I have some sort of cabin fever the last few days ... like everything imagineable has been somehow getting on my nerves ! Except for the kids - now isn't that just odd ?????? My kids are NOT annoying me ... hmmmmm. Anyway my hubby has been off work, he took leave and he is driving me nuts ! I don't know why - he just is. It seems as though we both have been trying to find ways to push eachothers buttons with things .... There might be a reason for this angst, but I will have to tell you all about that when I have more time, I just can't wait till he goes back to work on Wednesday. I usually don't get so frustrated by him being around, so this whole winters thing has been nice - but being trapped inside and with it being so glooomy out, I have had enough of it now. SAYYYYYY - Any one wanna go on a trip to the Carribbean ???? :O) Wow, I certainly could use that !

Well, enough of the grumbles and complaints for now .... I want to start 2008 off on the right foot (even though I have a bad feeling about it)..... contradictory, yes, I know ....... but being a worry wart, that's how I tend to roll.

Well, it is time for me to go .... Gracie just woke and the kids wanna watch the ball drop in Times Square. I will be here sometime again soon (with holiday photos) , take care everyone ~ HAPPY NEW YEARS !!!!!!
