IT'S NOVEMBER !!!!

Well, Happy November everyone ... Where has the year gone ??? Oh my, seems to me that 2007 just started - not that it's going to be over soon. So, anyway - it is just after midnight as I write this, I am tooo stirred up anticipating my "test" tommorrow to sleep, so what else would I do when I need quiet in my house ..... well, blog of course !

I had hoped to load all my photos of Halloween up tonight as I knew sleeping would be an issue, however, as I snapped my last photo of the kids this evening the batteries died in my camera and I was not going to run to Wal-Mart to get new ones right then. Sooo, hopefully I can get a chance to load them tommorrow. Ya' know it really peturbs me as to why I picked the digital camera that we did. I should have chosen one that had a rechargeable battery IN it .... NOT one that took the AA batteries ...... baddddddddddddddddd mistake on my part and one that I have regreted. Hmmm, maybe I can get a new one and give this one to my kids for Christmas - they wanted one of their own, but I dunno - I have to think about that.

Our Halloween went pretty well actually though, Our 16 year old son; Jordan - actually decided to go out and get candy this year - he didn't much have a costume though - seeing it was such a last minute decision for him, but he had it narrowed down between Johnny Cash and a preacher. Hmmmm, okay ... there ... but he went as he says ..... " A MAN OF GOD" ..... instead of saying "Trick or Treat" ... he'd say " Hello my friend, do you know the Lord" ... lol, what a sence of humor ..... some of his friends really got a kick out of it. If you knew what a clown our son can be though, it wasn't too unusual for him .....

Brittany went as a Princess, she'd borrowed a pretty blue gown and shoes from a friend and tried to look like Cinderella, but she said her friends said she looked more like a princess type instead. It came in quite useful that I saved some old things from years past, as she used a bunch to help her outfit. 1/2 way through Trick or Treating Britt took off the shoes and went in bare feet .... oooooh cold !!! It was freezin' I thought, but she wasn't bothered. Hmmmmm .....

Hannah used the costume that Brittany had from the Disney Store last year. It was a fairy. She decided that she wasn't going to be happy that it had gotten cold out and didn't want to wear a sweater or some slacks underneath. Needless to say if she hadn't, we told her she wouldn't have gone .... it was about 50 degrees outside and quite windy - but when the sun went down it got alot chillier than that - I will guess around 40 - ish. So unwillingly, she put on the - oh so horrible - extra garb - and got ready to go. She actually did pretty well, no troubles with her foot this year - which was nice, and she walked quite the distance without complaints. She was quite glad in the end that she wore the extra stuff, you could tell - but she'd never admit it. Must be a typical 10 year old thing.

Cameron was Chicken Little .... again. The costume he wore I purchased last year from the Disney Store as well ... it is so warm and fluffy and he didn't want to take it off. I really think he liked the attention that people kept giving to him about it. It really was one of the best purchases I have made, more costly or not - I sure got good use out of it and I plan to save it for the baby too. Honestly though, I don't think I will ever get rid of it - I can imagine in years to come how cute it will be to show off to his wife or something. lol. Cameron had a BLAST though, he was so humerous - EVERY time he got candy he'd be so proud and show it to everyone !!!! It was so cute ...... he would get so excited and enthusiastic about it ..... it made my heart happy to know he was having such a good time, chilly or not - he walked to whole way by himself and wouldn't let no one help him !

After that of course, we all went to Pizza Hut .... something we do every year. We had contemplated going elsewhere - but Hannah wouldn't hear of it, she said we do it every year so we couldn't stop now. I guess she was right. We had a good dinner - we all got the soup, salad and breadsticks - but the girls and I were disappointed with our pizza. We always get Large pan pizza, with mushroom and black olives on it ... well, they did not have any PAN pizza left, so we settled for hand tossed and did not like it. THEN - they got rid of the sprinkle cheese that sat on the table ... the girls and I used to soak our pizza's with it .... yummy ! Now they have the similar thing at our PH that is like the Olive Garden has where they come around to spread the fresh parmeasen on .... errr, not what we like - Olive Garden, ok ... but, not at PH. So we weren't too happy about that. The guys all decided to get a Large stuffed crust with sausage (we think yuk) ..... needless to say I ate WAYYYYYYY more than I should have and now because my stomach is aching already because I am nervous about tommorrow, it is not a good thing.

The kids have tommorrow off of school so they had permission to stay up late tonight once we got home to watch "Meet the Robinson's" ...... Adam had a headache and went to bed and I was going to watch it as well, but decided not too ..... ummm, thought I should be getting something done here ........ errr, but instead I blog ... go figure ! I'm still so nervous about tommorrow and I know I will not sleep tonight. If there are any complications, I just don't feel ready for them. I keep getting a bad feeling that tells me to run .... and usually when I get it, I listen. I dunno what to do, Is it a sign ? I just feel so uneasy about it ... like cold feet or something. I just am not ready ........... Oh, my.

Well, I think I will go for now and take a shower .... I should have really spent this time cleaning up, so why didn't I ?! I pray that by tommorrow night I will just come home - be ok and nothing will be any different. I guess time will tell. I mean, yes, I know it will happen soon - I just feel like tommorrow wouldn't be the right time ... just not yet. Is this test REALLY necessary ???? Am I worring too much ? AAAAAARRRRRRGHHHHHHHH, I am going to go nuts !!!!
