SUDDENLY TIME TO SIT ..

I have been crazy busy. I haven't had all that much time to sit or be around here all that much. I had alot to do today, but due to some  impending weirdo snow/sleet storm we are supposed to get - everything closed at noon. The kids just got home and Adam just called to tell me that they sent everyone home there as well. Soooo, looks like if I am lucky, I might atleast get to the store today.

My back feels slightly better.. ok wait - alot better, but not 100%. It still feels tight. Kinda like a rubber band that is being pulled too far. I didn't get to the doc yet though, they say the next opening was March 19, so I made an appointment. Hopefully by that time we will finally hear about the state insurance, as we still haven't as of yet.

I got the bill for losing Wyatt ... and I almost lost my lunch. 3000 dollars. ACK ! I already owe them some, so add it on and I will have to make payments till it is paid off. May take a while though. Still state insurance will help with some back pay of that though, if I do ever hear anything. Either way it is good, and will be our only real "bill" now, besides rent, electric - etc. .. you know - the normal monthly things.

We finally got our  tax return the other day and I spent alot of time going and paying off every other bill we owe. It feelllls soooooo, SOOO good to be able to do that too. We also looked at a used van, it is a 2005 Ford Freestar .. it's tan in color and seems ok... I am still just leary of buying used though. I am not all that crazy about Fords either, but then again I have never owned one, we've only ever had Chevy's or the Saturn ... but hey, if it works, then whatever. Good thing is - it will be ours, paid in full, all bills are paid off and we'll have no debt. ('cept what's left of that hospital bill ) ... and I like that part the best. I absolutely just totally hate debt.

We still haven't heard anything of picking up the van we have now.... or whatever they are going to do. We went to court December 22nd and still no word. I thought for sure they'd be here ASAP, but nada ... so whatever. Geeze.

So besides that ... we went yesterday and sold clothes at Once Upon A Child again, I made 30 dollars and then we went and sold all of our PG13 movies that were left and ones the kids don't watch anymore .. we made 77 Dollars for those. Now we just have G rated left in the house which feels good.

I called for the paperwork for homeschooling which should be sent soon, and am thinking about doing a membership at Holiday Inn for the pool so that when the kids are home we can all go down and have some exercise everyday. I though that would be fun, plus since I LUV swimming, it will be good for me as well. You might find that I will be there more often than not.. hahaha. I wish the Dells were a tad closer though, the kids could have a blast there, but the Holiday Inn is good enough.

I am thinking about getting a SMALL part time nightly job, or something till summer. I WANT a vacation and some extra moolah coming in will be good for that.

We also STILL have not freaking heard from the Landlord. 2 months and he hasn't picked up the rent. I can't seem to get a hold of him anyway I try.  He is never at his house and don't have a phone. We are still cleaning that house for him a few streeets over though, just a little left and a coat of paint.. so I don't know. I am just clueless.

So okay .. Adam just got home and the kids are running around screaming and driving me insane. My cat is even acting wonkybonkers and I still have alot to do.. arrrrgh. so off I go ...
