OF COURSE !

 

An evening blog from me ! HA HA.. What did you think I was going to say ?

Mult was off line for a while this afternoon, so I got alot done .. not that it needed to be, but still !

I got the laundry (what there was of it) done and cleaned up a little. The kids all took showers early and now I am sitting about - munching on some old candy that I found stuffed in the drawer and listening to some tunes.

I spent some time online while Mult was down looking at maps. We have DEFINITLY DECIDED on four states that we would like to move to most. Tennessee, (#1)  N -or- S Carolina and Georgia. (Georgia being last choice) I must say Jordan is exstatic about moving down to Tennessee or the Carolina's ! He and I both luv country music alot and Nascar ! I am thinking he thinks it will be like "our people" there. I spent alot of my summers there and I always loved it ! Brittany says she don't know - she's never been there (Jordan and I have) but she'd be glad to be out of here. Hannah and the younger ones really have no idea at all what I am talking about. LOL.

Jordan and Britt are quite upset though that we won't live near our fave vacation spot anymore ... S.W. South Dakota and Wyoming. They both LOVE to vacation there when we go. They keep talking about it. I really would  move there if it were summer all of the time, it is SUCH a GREAT place .. but winter is just MUCH too, too cold and I absolutely hate this crud !!!..... Maybe in time I figure we can go back up there, I do luv it so !

Adam and I talked about how we are going to sell ALL our stuff .. he mentioned an auction. I have no idea about ANYTHING auction wise. I have only ever been to one and it was weird. I still think a big ol' yard sale will be best, so it can all go at once.  ( It don't matter to me, it is just stuff - and there is always more "stuff" ... besides, you can't take it with you when you die anyway.) So, I figure a small to medium sized U-Haul will hold what is left (or what matters like pictures and a few momento's etc.) and we'll just take that, perhaps do storage at first or what ever. It will be like just starting out  - except we already have the kids. LOL.

Now I know I am doing this before we have found out about any jobs yet, but I have faith the right one will come along. I just know I can no longer be "up here" any longer. If anything Adam can stay up here and continue to work, while I go down and scope things out. I am the kind of person that once I get determined enough to do something .. it WILL be done. I also know it sounds conceited a bit, but when I want something bad enough, I get it ! It's true. I believe it is because how I think about it !

I will miss being close enough to home to just take a bit of a day to get there, but that is ok. All that is there that would make me go back is my Mom. Chicago is quite the place though, so I will be having to visit every now and again. Either way home is always in my heart.

So that is it ! Tommorrow we will go clean that house and then next week - I have made it my goal to just start to begin to weed through some things in the house. Goodwill or somplace will get some and I will start to put away some other things. We still do have that storage shed place in town which is nice. I am glad I kept it for this reason alone. Things happen for a reason. and I am soooo happy to have this to look forward to and get the freak out of here !

Well, got to think about making dinner now .. we are having Hamburger Helper, salad and fries. Yummm ! I feel so hungry right now I might eat my arm off ! lol !

My Wife Swap and Nanny shows are on here in a bit - so I am off to get din done and watch TV for a bit !
