MONDAY AGAIN ?

Ugh ... another week, Oh Joy ! :O)

1) Was busy most the whole weekend, but still no tree up. We went down TO the basement, moved the boxes around then decided to clean the holy hec out of it instead !

I actually don't know that we even came to the decision to do it, we just did it. lol. It was very very much needed though. Since we've moved in, we have just thrown everything into a pile by the end of the stairs, so it was all dissheveled.  I had spent a good time vaccuuming spider or cobwebs and killing Spiders. (The guys, who are little sissies would'nt do it ) and scrubbing up around the rest of the basement. The guys took apart some tables/ shelves that were left and took them and some pallets to the trash. I must say , it is looking quite spiffy today ! A good organized job, I labeled everything, Of course and now I can actually find what is where ! Yayyy !

2) So yea.. there is like 10 days or whatever to Christmas and still no tree, maybe this week sometime - - who knows. I guess it really DON'T matter.

3) Did go to the Pawn Shop Friday. Didn't make as much as we'd hoped.  :O( Like that is a shocker.

4) Had to pay a bill with some of that money. We had gone in to explain the situation to them and asked to wait to pay ... in turn they were VERY rude to us and said pay it or else. So we had to pay it. I hate people like that. Really ? It couldn't wait two weeks ????

5) Got into a little tiff with Adam on Saturday over a few dollars that I had put away to give to someone else. I was mad, he was mad... it wasn't pretty. Long story short - I was not going to argue over it, so I just let it go. Sometimes you have to, I guess.

6) OOh, Reminds me - I gotta go to court again tommorrow about the van. Yikes, I get so nervous about these kinda things. I prolly won't sleep much tonight.

7) I woke up this morning to a deflated snowman outside. The kids were freaking out, and I have no idea why they woke me over that, but the temp was -3 when they left for school, so I told them it must be too cold ? I later looked online and found that it might actually be a fuse or it may seriously, actually  BE too cold.... who knew !? Says you shouldn't run it in temps under 14 degrees. Ummmm - ok .... Do they know I live in Wisconsin ? Anyway, I will have Adam look when he gets home .. No way ! ...... I ain't goin' out there ! :O)

8) Has anyone noticed the STRANGE similarites between Katy Perry and Zooey DeScanel ? They look like twins to me. I actually thought Zooey WAS Katy till I looked up who was in the new Jim Carrey movie (The Yes Man). All along I thought it was Katy that was in the movies I was seeing. lol.

9) One of Adam's friends gave him some Snowman dishes on Friday. There just the plates and that is cool, I sure don't need any extra stuff.  One plate has a chip in it, but that's ok ... we'll use them for the next few days till I put what I do have out, away anyway.

10) My windows are all frosty today, it is so cold. I feel trapped though, I can't see outside. It was weird, Saturday was 47 degrees and alot of the snow we had; melted, leaving the dirty, yucky color stuff, then it turned fridgid and sheets of ice appeared. Today the temp was -5 when I woke up. Weird weather I tell you.

11) Awww, Cameron just kissed Gracie on the head. She has been chill over the weekend when the kids are home but for some reason, she is a tyrant when they are not ! Right now she is over at Burrd's cage beating on it. Poor, poor bird.

12) I was going to load a few pics today, but I can't find my USB cord anywhere, I bet the kids took it to use it and didn't give it back.

 

 Well, better go make lunch and stuff. Hope you all have a wonderful week ahead !!!
