NEVERMIND AND RIPPED OFF

NI HAO ! (chinese for Hello)

MMMMMM... so be quiet - this is my third blog, but I am immensely bored out of my gord and with it being like 13 degrees outside, I don't feel like doing much else but sitting here anyway.

So okay - on with it ...

I have "Neverminded" the thought of going far for the weekend. Sigh, I want to .. but everything I REALLY want to do, either no one is around or it is too far. :O( Booo, Windi - I so wanna hang out too :O( I wanna take a trip right now !

Excuse my temper tantrum. Pffft !

So... I have no idea what we are going to do for the weekend ... Adam leaves at 5 am.. and then what ???  I don't wanna waste the whole weekend sitting about the house again !! I wish I had somewhere to go. Dang it all. I seriously thought I would have heard about the van by now - but nothing - so I guess I will just drive around ... who knows. Option is to spend as little money as possible anyway...

Went to Goodwill this evening. Left there pretty ticked off actually and I prolly won't ever go back. I found 2 nice outfits, ya know - my normal long skirt and shirt thing and I even found two nice sweaters to go along with it. One sweater didn't have the tag. I THOUGHT  that - 'ok, this is  Goodwill, I can afford it'. I don't usually buy myself very many things. But when she told me because it was a "Lands End" sweater she had to charge me 10.00 for it, I was pretty livid. I really liked it. but 10 dollars !!  It was USED ! AT GOODWILL for crying out loud ! ! IS the store not Goodwill anymore ??? ... Greedwill, maybe. Who cares what name brand it was, I liked the sweater and that it matched. I could almost go over to WalMart and get a BRAND NEW sweater for 15, I looked at them the other day.

I find it pathetic that they get this stuff free and then charge you out the butt for it. What happens to the folks that cannot even afford that ? Do the only choice they have anymore is to go look in the garbage ? This is rediculous. I absofreakin lutely hate that people have become so greedy !!!!

Anyways, tonight is Brittany's birthday. She wanted to go see the movie "Bolt" with her friends, so we let her. Adam just went to pick up all the girls and drop them at Pizza Hut for thier dinner and pick up ours as well ... then they will walk across the street to see the movie. We didn't have too much money for alot else, but she said she understood.

I did buy her a new coat and hat though and she liked that alot.

Oh well, guess I should get off the computer or find something else to do. When it is cold, I tend to find I sit here more because I gots me a little space heater and then the cold don't make me hurt so much... lol.
