HELLO GUYS ! HAPPY FRIDAY !
1) Gracie's head is a bit better today, still swollen and looking nasty, but it don't seem to be bugging her as much as it does me.
2) My cat; Smokey Bones has been acting really wonky the last few days and I don't know why. He's been trying to attack Burrd and he never did that before and getting on the kitchen counter ... something I forbid. He better knock it off.
3) Gloomy here again today, but atleast it is Friday :O) That is always good. My kids had no school today and conferences are next week.
4) Today I cleaned out my contact list .... some people hadn't been on for months and I never felt close to some others, so it was just time. I need to surround myself with positive people and all of you here do that for me, and if you didn't - well, guess you're not reading this anyway. lol.
5) Adam actually sat with me last night and read some in the bible. We read some and talked some... maybe it is a start. I know he has alot of questions and feels certain ways about things, but I am thankful he tried.
6) Tonight we - or I - am reading about seperation of the world, that is put wrong, but I know what I mean. Maybe I will explain it better tommorow.
7) Oh my cookies ! I have never, EVER wrote to anyone EVER ... I mean like popular or known. I always thought about writing to Oprah, just thought it was dumb ... ya know... why would you read MINE when there are 10000 other letters, ya know ? Well a few days ago I wrote to the Duggar's ... I just said Thank You for having such a nice show. I wanted to keep it short ... I know they are busy folks ... but anyways ... they ACTUALLLLY emailed me BACK ! AH HA HA ! It was so nice.
Kinda lame to be excited over that, but hey, I get little excitement over here ... lol !
8) I have nothing much planned for the weekend. I need to clean out the basement, but don't know that it will actually get done. Figure it must be time, the fam is complaining that I haven't gotten to it yet and it is the only messy place in the house. Not usually like me ... usually every Nook and Cranny is in order ... lol.
9) Well, I have blathered enough, I find that when I write more, no one reads or comments ... so I must bore ya'll .. lol.

My weekend is going to be very low key too. I've had a SUPER busy week so I'm looking forward to a little down time :)

I'm taking a break from painting the ceiling in the office. I got the trim work done, I'm waiting for it to dry really well before I actually start the real painting..... fun fun!
I know ! I hope it continues. Maybe a little every night would be nice even.

Its been cold, rainy and dark here all day! The weatherman is saying it'll last though the weekend and change over to snow by Sunday..YUCK! I'm not at all ready for that! I work Sunday night and hate the thought of driving in it.
I'm glad Gracie's head is looking better! Poor baby, that would have scared me to death!
