4 YEARS AGO TODAY ...

STILL IN MY HEART

As I sit here today, remembering you - I can't help but think of all the fun things we used to do.

From running around like crazies to pulling up Grandma's Daisy's ...

Getting in trouble for laughing at the dinner table, eating pancakes and watching snails ...

Making messes in the basement and coloring on the walls, concoctions or potions made - big and small, usually out of anything we could find, and spray and washing all Grandma's clean clothes on the line.

Climbing the water towers near the Dan Ryan, walking to Walgreens then enjoying Baskin Robbins Ice Cream,

Oh my the fun we had, always laughing so hard and being told we were bad, oh how I miss those times, but you will never be far from my mind.

Gary, you weren't just my cousin, you were my best friend - a true brother till the end.

I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU WITH ALL MY HEART.

Bicyclist, 26, killed off I-10 in Marana

ARIZONA DAILY STAR

A 26-year-old man was fatally injured Thursday when he was struck by an SUV while riding his bicycle on a poorly lighted Interstate 10 frontage road in Marana, an official said.

Gary Lemay Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene of the 9:10 p.m. collision, west of I-10 between Moore and Tangerine roads, said Sgt. Roberto Jimenez, a spokesman for the Marana Police Department.

Lemay was riding south on the frontage road when a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by L**** S******, 51, struck him from behind, throwing the man from the cycle, Jimenez said.

Neither S****** nor her children were injured, he said, and no citations have been issued.
Jimenez said the stretch of roadway has no shoulder or street lights. He wasn't sure how fast S****** was driving, but said the speed limit in the area is 55 mph. Investigators are trying to determine if Lemay's bicycle had proper reflectors and a light, he said, adding that the man did not have a bicycle helmet.

Lemay carried an Indiana driver's license, Jimenez said, but officials said his last known address was on Hunnington Drive, in Continental Ranch.

  20. Yes that is me. It was in 1978. I was about 3 and he about 6 mos. He was seriously like my little brother - we grew up that way for many years. We lived not far apart and were together all the time. It was either my grandma or my mom that would have dressed us alike and we did that often for a while. He was raised by my grandmother because my aunt is a drug addict and always has been. She (my aunt) never liked him, so she treated him very badly - I still hate her to this day for it.

  22. Tammie, I'm sooo sorry for your loss.. I can honestly say I feel your pain everyday and it's been 9 years now since I lost My Best Friend and Boyfriend of 5 years... I love your tribute and need to do one as well and will try to soon.. I really wish I had a few more words of wisdom for you but most of the time someone is trying to give them to me ... Keep all your memories with him close to your heart and remember that no matter what one day you'll see him again ... Again Tammie, I'm very sorry for your loss and just know that you'll be in my thoughts and prayers always! Thanks for being such a sweet friend here on Multiple! Always a Friend, Amanda
