OK, ok ... SOOOOO - no body said that anything good would come from sitting on your butt all day, but that is WHY for once - I did not do that, and got alot done ..... LOL :o) ..... Yesterday here, was pretty productive, I managed to clean out my kids' rooms and see the floors again, pull off the pillows, sheets and blankets to wash and got rid of alot of junk ! - (all of which was something that hasn't been done all summer and was driving me crazy) - I also managed to get the trim in Cameron's room painted again with today's coat of paint, hopefully being the last one that I will have to do. White is a big pain in the butt color to have done, but it sure does look nice now !
Of course the kids went frantic a bit about some of the things I had chosen to put in the go away box or in the garbage, but I stood my ground. I was certain if it was important it wouldn't be shoved under the bed or in the back of the closet under some clothes. Sooo, we had a few squabbles about this or that, but all in all the day went pretty swiftly. I am glad that I finally got (most) all of what was left of the beanie baby collection in the give away box. Now for some reason these things are cute - don't get me wrong ... but I was just so tired of seeing these little animals sprawled out all over the floors and under things that I said it was time to go ! I have a litteral ton of things put up in the garage for a so called yard sale that I DO NOT feel like doing ... so I might just call the Goodwill truck in to come take all or most of it. Besides, with us living 3 miles from anything, I don't even know that I would get enough people to visit for a yard sale to even be worth it ... I wish I knew someone in town persay, but I don't. I just know that it is a big pain to go to all that work, even for a few measly dollars, out here I don't think I would make enough to do anything, even take us all to eat McDonalds .... ugh ... sometimes it sucks living so far out ! Oh well, I guess ! I will figure it out eventually !
Thank Goodness tommorrow is payday here, not just cuz I get to go shopping all day for everything needed with Brittany, but also I am out of just about everything and that is not a joke ! I honestly do not know how my kids eat sooooo much ! It is like feeding time at the zoo here lately ! Put it down and it is gone in 5 minutes flat ... not a joke ! You'd think that I had never fed them before or something. I just don't know what has gotten into them this summer, it is much different that other summers in the respect that they are pretty bored and eating me out of house and home. Somedays I will be glad to have them return to school, other days I don't want them to go at all and I know I will miss them ...isn't that weird ??? OOOhhhmmmm, well, it's gotta happen and winter will soon be to follow too ....EEEEeeeewwww !!!! DO NOT want to think of that !!!!! *ahem.... got to think of - *happy place - HAPPY PLACE * !!!!! (Gonna be HOT today, no need to think of winter ! grrrrrr. !)
Well, I have babbled nonscence for long enough this morning, the kids are still asleep (they've been watching a movie every night lately - 1, after I go to bed) and it is 11 am again, so this time in the mornings, has become pretty enjoyable for me lately, seeing as though I have been getting up at around 9. ( I love un-chaotic mornings!) I have much of the same to do today as yesterday, so I won't be here most of the day - but wow, I will be sooo glad to have that done with up there ! I am almost tempted to take a za-gillion pics to show , but we'll see. Sooooo, I hope that all my friends have a terrific Tuesday !!!!! :o) LOVE, TAMMIE
