Not doing alot today, just "Halloweenie" kinda stuff....lol. I can't wait till the kids get home from school today, I love to help them get ready in thier costumes...ah ha, but best of all I get candy and I don't have to do the walking.....one good thing about not being little still ! lol. Oh, the kids don't mind...Jordan (when he went) don't like chocolate, so he'd always give it to me and the other kids would just trade and stuff anyways so it all works out good.
The only thing that really, really sucks here is that yesterday it was 70 degrees (F) outside so I got the rest of my work done out there, I wasn't going to waste it...but today it is about 40 degrees (F).... Some Canadian front is moving down bring the cold and snow....dang Canadians !Why it just couldn't wait one day, I don't know ! I wish it would have or we should have taken them last night....lol. Geeze...the kids are going to be cold. Wish we lived somewhere warm for them to trick or treat..... Oh well, make the best of it I guess. So goes our tradition of a warm soup dinner after thier all done...then they will be warm. I hope no one gets sick now, but if it is going to happen, it happens I suppose.
I did get the huge pile of brush burned last night from the field that we cleared. Now that I have the three acres, I have to get me a riding lawn mower, but I guess that can wait till spring. I don't like it to look messy, so I will be on it alot !
I haven't gotten calls from any of my applications yet, I was hoping that I would, I really am going to need the money. I spent way too much for Christmas shopping and I am not even done, because I still have to get the clothes that they like and Hannah loves the Disney Store..... If it wasn't on lay-away, I don't think I would have spent so much ! I used to like to keep it to 200 hunderd each, but it is hard with them getting older and things they like getting more expensive ! CD's and movies, iPod's and computers.....I am not a millionaire, but I sure wish I was ! (Hey, might help to play the lottery, maybe I should...I might win...someday!)
Well have to go and eat lunch then start getting Cam ready for when the kids get home....Have a good and safe Halloween everyone...send pix and let me know how all goes !
