SICK, SICK, SICK ...

Well, having a flu shot does not mean  that you are apperantly going to avoid getting sick. As a matter of fact, I am thinking the shot they gave me must have been expired or a bogus shot - acuz it just did not work ! :O(

My lungs feel so full and heavy right now and I am hacking so hard it hurts. With having asthma, I seriously am contemplating whether or not I should go to the hospital or doctor. I always try to delay going, but dang - I did not sleep a wink last night and I woke up feeling as if someone rolled over each of my appendages with a steam roller.

Yesterday I did feel pretty crappy, but just not so worn out and exasuted. I am sure the way I am breathing has something to do with it, but I did get alot done yesterday and even squeezed in some outside time with the kids as it was actually quite a nice day ! Today NADA ... I talked on the phone with my Mom for well over an hour, took a long nap and sat and watched TV. I feel guilty for not getting more done. Do any of you who stay at home ever feel this way ?  Gak, maybe it is just me, I always feel that if I don't "contribute" around here my day was for nothing. I try hard to keep a schedule - but realize that not everyone is perfect - bad days are gonna happen and not every day is going to happen just like we'd like.

So I just hope that tommorrow is better. Maybe I will feel less like a run over piece of poo and the sun will shine a little. :O) Who knows - just trying to make the best out of what you are given is what counts !
