Ahhhh, Today's blog is inspired by Adam.
One of his fave verses is Revelations 6:8..." And I looked, and behold a pale horse; and the name that sat upon him was death, and Hell followed with him."
I do not know exactly why he likes this verse so much, it is either because we watch the movie "Tombstone" alot, or because of it's meaning. I personally favor it's meaning, although "Tombstone" is an absolute fave movie of mine too !
To me, it is like an absolution, where you can see the end. An automatic statement of sorts that shows that there is a be all and an end all and in that of which is God. He is the Alpha and Omega.

Well, elsewise we had a weird day yesterday...the afternoon was slow till the kids got home. Had to rush out for Jordan to get a haircut, then go to work at Mc'Donald's. Dropped some cans off at recycle place then the rest of us went to Wal-Mart. I didn't get not one thing I didn't need, just stuff like milk and laundry soap etc. Spent about 23 dollars which is very good for me ! While waiting in the checkout line Jordan calls and says they have let him off of work early. (a long 45 minutes I guess.) I was glad that I didn't go home, but then Brittany in the checkout line starts to argue with me, (so everyone can hear) for some weird reason about everything that we've been doing at home and how she no longer will participate or be a part of it.... like homeschooling and stuff. Well, until last week it was no problem, then after argueing and probing for nearly 3 hours, I got out of her that she has been "going out" with this 8th grade boy named Kyle for about a week now ... and it has been near an exact week that her attitude started here. So...finally after 3 hours, we had some quiet, I told her it was to be no more ... she didn't need to be "going" with anyone ! Needless to say that shut her up. Her mouth kept her from eating dinner last night, (a punishment that I do not normally ever give out) wow, she had me close to exploding, but I kept my cool...Thank goodness!
After the rest of us ate our dinner of "Tator Tot Casserole" we watched TV for a half hour then we had our Monday night Bible study and family discussion. Last night we discussed how our family could be better at certain things and what each of thinks that we should work on individually and in eachother. It is nicer to have the older kids to do this, and I don't get complaints any longer about it, they have actually begun to enjoy doing it and spending the time together.(Yes, even Brittany who later said sorry, did. However, I still had to stand my ground about her not eating her dinner.)
Next weeks lesson is Galatians 6:7 ... " Whatsoever a man soweth, that also shall he reap." I think that we are doing ok, although some critics would probably disagree, but I have noticed changes and that is good. Small steps in the right direction is better than no steps at all.
Well, Cameron is "super stinky boy" right now and really needs a bath, so I am going to have to go to do that ! I will write again soon, take care all !
GOD BLESS ! TAMMIE :)
