Got lots to do today, been lacking with schooling the last few days, so gotta get on the ball. I felt that first I've some thoughts that needed to exit my melon, so here goes.
1) Besides my last blog, if that is what you wanna call it, I have not had alot to say. Been meaning to sit and type out some words for a week or so now, but blahhh, just haven't felt like it.
2) There will be no more further reference to the last blog thingy. Thank you. All I got to say is that as individuals we all pretty much agree we are entitled to our own opinions, and that is where I will leave it. Having blogged for three years now, I realized long ago that I won't mesh with everyone all the time. Take my opinions however you wish, but I am entitled to type them here as I wish. (and contrary to pop. belief, I don't mind the differance of opinon.)
3) Ahhh, so anyway, Brittany is planning all of our meals for the rest of the week. She is getting pretty good at it too. Good thing she likes to cook more than I do too. lol. You'd think with wanting a huge family, I would like it more, but egads, I have just always hated it so.
4) We re-organized the play room a few days ago and bought a length room carpet to finally put down. After I had the windows repaired and caulked it is finally nice and toasty in there. The girls went through all thier old toys and got rid of a whole lot of things, so now we don't have so many boxes sitting about.
5) They also separated thier Barbies/ dolls into separate boxes and got rid of alot of them too. Gracie is having fun playing with alot of them, but likes to take all thier clothes off - haha - to which Cameron told her that wasn't nice for people to run about with thier clothes off. lol.
6) By getting rid of stuff, that means right now it is in storage until our Spring yard sale ... the girls also thought it might be nice to give some toys to kids less fortunate instead, but we have yet to find a place. (Toys for Tots wants brand new toys)
7) I have loads of stuff to get rid of though and will more so when I go through the holiday things ! I am hoping for a really good turnout in the spring ! Maybe we can make enough money to go for a Spring break.
8) I REALLY wish I had something sweet to eat around here, I have such a sweet tooth right this minute. lol. Ah well, I didn't need it anyway. :O)
9) It has been such a pain living with a certain person in this house lately. The negativity is just plain rediculous !! Everything I have been trying to change, he seems to be working against.
10) Got a birthday card from my Mom and Dad today. I don't usually celebrate it much. Last year I didn't get a card, but was happy I did this year. I guess it is nice to be thought of, even though I hate my birthday.

I like to cook. I wish my family would eat more than 4 things. Both are really picky eaters. Meal planning makes me wanna pull my hair out. lol

Pat has been gone a week and I have not really cooked since he has been gone. It has been so nice. Sometimes I enjoy cooking but most of the time feel like I do not have time for it!

ReplyDeletePerhaps you can contact a local homeless shelter or an organization that operates safe houses for women and children. They would love to have toys for children to play with!!
