2) Okay, I was on FaceBook most of last night. It isn't that it is FUN - like here, atleast yet - but I have connected with so many people that I never thought I would again and man, it is so nice to be able to talk to them ... So, for that reason, I guess I like Facebook. I was off of it for a while - some of ya know why - but I blocked the two bothering me and that should make it ok now.
3) Our Landlord stopped by today, has more work for us to do, but also wanted to warn us he might have to raise our rent. This is not a good thing - we really can't afford for it to be raised. I understand where he is coming from though, but it is a worry none the less.
4) OMG.. WHY does the laundry never end here ?! Gosssh !
5) Adam pulled five HUGE Zuccinni out of the garden today, they were absolutely humongous. We gave two of them to the LL. We still have plenty for the bread we wanted to make, so that is good.
6) A house burned down at the end of the road last night, they say it is becoming mysterious as there have been several fires in the area "just happening".
7) I was in the middle of reading a book, okay ... 2 books, but I put them down and haven't been able to find much time to get back to them. Yeaaa, and I am sitting here. Hahaha. I really need to finish them.
8) The little girl next door is blowing a whistle. She has been blowing the whistle for 45 minutes !!! Gahhh ! I want to chuck a shoe at her head ! I wish she would SHUT UP !
9) Dang, I think I am ready for lunch and I got so many things to do, so why do I sit here ... I wish this headache would go away. The weather today is nice out, so I am gonna make my lazy self, get up - go do my "work" - then enjoy it. Have a nice day everyone !

I really dig facebook. I know SO many people on there! I have over 100 friends and I didn't even know I knew that many people.
ReplyDeleteSomeone brought in HUGE zucchini to work and I grabbed one. I'm going to make a double batch of zucchini bread tomorrow night and then give a few loaves to my brother and SIL to thank them for coming into town for me this weekend:)

ReplyDeleteI'm on Facebook and mainly connect with old highschool friends & some family. I get sick of all those application thingys though, it drives me bonkers. I use the Note section to blog but don't blog much there compared to here & that isn't even much as of late.
Oh that really sucks about the rent. Just seems like everyone keeps raising everything except paychecks. Ugh!!! Hope it all works out in your favor.
Laundry NEVER ends here either. I've quit trying to make it end. lol
Hmmmm, wonder what's up with the houses burning down? That's scarey! Are the empty or did people live in them?

ReplyDeleteI love Facebook for the connections to my classmates whom I haven't heard from in so long. It's amazing how quickly the friendships pick up right where we all left off...... LOL
When Todd is home it throws me off a little too...guess u just get used to a routine. Yea..Facebook is alright..but I actually got kinda bored w/it. I like Multiply alot better...u can do so much more. (Gosh..I CANNOT type today!!!..Grrr!!!..I had to type that sentence like 10 times!!..LOL) Anway!! Hope they don't raise your Rent..that'll suk! But good that u got some more work...extra Money is always good! Zuccinni's sound good..I've never had Zuccinni Bread before..is it easy to make?? I usually just sautee it. It's good sauteed w/garlic, salt & pepper, in a little oil...yummy!

I hope you feel better soon. Rent is getting so high lately it makes it hard to afford. I am also amazed at what you get for the rent money, we need to rent a different house but there are none in our area yet. I called on one and the bdrms were way too small.
