EGADS ! I soooooooo LOVE nice weather ! I just CANNOT express that enough ! Unless it is raining, I have been outside every waking moment of almost every single day ! The neighbors have even noticed as they call me the "Yard Lady" ... and Adam noticed last night how I refused to come in till it was dark out. I guess having almost 8 or 9 months of yucky crap weather, I try really hard to make the good ones count ! LOL !
So being outside or working on something is the majority of what I have been up to around here. School is out here so the girls are taking a small break before we continue with some studies. We are still working on the LL's houses as well as the one we are living in. We have a garden in now, can't remember whether I mentioned that before or not and daily walks are a must for the time being. I do notice that as being a good thing about being in town now ... everything is alot closer. We are getting ready to paint the garage and fix the porches here . Adam has been doing a drywall job on the side and the money is good.
We have our 4th of July all planned out and hopefully that works well - as ya'll know that is my MOST fave holiday EVER !! We are going camping again and will be gone for two weeks to the Mount Rushmore area. The South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana area's are amoungst one of our all time fave places ! If it didn't get so darn cold there for the winters, I would sooooo want to move there !
Anyway, I do have pictures to share, just no time .. the puppy is doing better, not biting so much, but quite stubborn. ~ The weight loss is doing ok, lost about 13 pounds so far ... but soda is evil and very controlling . lol !
Well, sorry to run and make no time to stay, but the niceness outside is calling my name. I hate sitting about not doing anything much. There is always something that can be done around here.

ReplyDeleteSounds like things are going great! We do have to take advantage of any nice days we can get here don't we. Your vacation plans sound like fun. Other than a trip to my parents' house, we'll be perfecting the art of the "staycation." That's ok with me though. I just look forward to being with family.

ReplyDeleteIs Blabber your dog's name? My brother had a dog named Blabber when we growing up, because he used to bark ALL THE TIME. My brother was devastated when he ran away. They were like two peas in a pod and inseperable.
Good deal about "playing" outside. Its been very stuffy outside here and not much fun to be out in lately.
Glad you're enjoying being outside! We've been staying out alot lately too. Love having a yard now. We're always doing something to it. We got an above ground pool last week..nothing major..one of those Intex Pools from Wal-mart..you just blow up the ring and fill it. It's nice..perfect for just the two of us..I'll have to post a pic. for ya. Been enjoying it alot. Even getting a little bit of a tan! Yay! I really needed it!..lol Huge Congrats on the 13lbs!! Way to go girl! That's so awesome! Keep up the good work!
