Is it horrible for me to say that I am glad that is all over ?! Well ... I am, so on to my Next thing to spaz about - right ?! Just kidding. :O)
I hope that you all will have a great day today, maybe some of ya' will get some good deals out there ?! I used to always like to go and get the decor and supplies like wrapping paper and cards half off, that was always nice. I like shopping wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to much !! LOL !! Ahhhhhhh.... heaven !!
Anywaygle, Since I have thus found the reasons for my mood swings :O0 - (yea I know - right), I can treat them. But I do have to say this -- this last week, I certainly found out who was a friend and who wasn't... so I figure if you don't like things I DO with or IN my life ... please just don't be hateful, just go away instead.
OK, ok ... so that wasn't at ALL that polite, or Christian .. but I mean who are some people to JUDGE ME or tell ME a child don't belong here because they disaggree with me ?? EVERY child has a reason for being here ! Maybe you say that because YOU don't need to be here .. yikes, there I go again. Anyway - short of Mood Swing central, if you don't like it .... I am sorry, but not alot I can do about it.
Sooooooooooooooooooooooo, I hope you all can forgive me for my bit of crazyness and we can move on. You know more about me, but that is SUPPPOSED to be what FRIENDS are for ! So I am glad to have ALL of you that remain !
Let's look for a year ahead of POSITIVE things, good friends, and lasting relationships !!! One full of goodness, learning and sharing too !!

Nope not horrible to say at all! I am glad it's over! I look forward to a new year hopefully! Trying to stay postive but just counted how many months till May!! Only 5 and not sure where I"ll be living then maybe still here maybe not! Oh ugh!!! Can't wait to see those pictures! This is your space and if people don't like it then they can leave I agree!! You have every right to say how you feel and you never have told people they must believe or think the same way you do instead you were the oppisite. So it's them that has the problem!!! I wish I had some extra money to get some after Christmas deals but nope not this year!! I hope your day today will be great! Hugs

I don't think it's horrible to say what you said either. What WAS horrible is what some said to you.
ReplyDeleteSome people think you should be "rich" to have many kids. Back in the day it was very normal to have 6 to heck 13 kids. My grandma had 11 I believe & they were poor and they did just fine. What some think is that you have to have material things but the truth is (and us poor folks know this) that what makes you RICH is your family & the love within it. You Tammie, know this and you have deep love for your family. So don't let those that think they know what it's all about upset you. They don't know what some of us have learned long ago. :) HUGS!!!
We are not shopping yet for deals. I always hit Target and CVS but I wait till it's like 75 or 90% off and get stuff for just cents. I never have to buy wrapping paper full price again and that's a big help every year. Walgreens had their x-mas stuff marked down to 50% already on x-mas eve.
The only shopping we are doing today is taking David to get a couple things with his money he got. Then we got $$ from Kayla to go and get a hedger for our yard work. Fun times!!! YAY, so that's our plans and then we will come back here and chill out the rest of the day.

I say, march to your own drummer, but at times, it might seem others are trying to tell you how to play your drums or what beat to play. Ok. I think that made sense. Sometimes I confuse myself...ahhahahahahaa!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteI like to try to leave it up to a little thing called FAITH .... and know that 2009 will be better and the right things will come along for us making it a better year !! Sure, the money aspect worries everyone, as of course it has me, but I didn't PLAN this, it just happened, and must have been meant to. Sure some may think that because we don't use BC that it is caused, but that isn't true, if it happens - it happens, and that is our thoughts.
I try not to let money control my thoughts, but to let the Lord do it instead. I have had a bad enough year and I was't going to even make this a worse part and let those awful thoughts surround the coming of this child. EVERY child is here for a reason - no matter what anyone ever says.
Now I suppose if MY PERSONAL beliefs are NOT ok with others, then it might be time to say goodbye. I try to respect everyone and thiers, but never seen to get the same in return. I am always the one left out. It hurts, but I will get over it, I always have.
So I suppose if people don't like the fact that this is - the way it is - just say goodbye. I am happy...... and that is all that SHOULD matter.
I can tell ya'll one thing ... I have definitly learned what friendship means AND to keep my mouth shut !

I don't think it was bad of you to say that. It is, after all, your life. My first thought, admittedly, was OMG, how will they afford another? But I know you're resourceful and will figure out how to do it. And the kid won't be lacking in love. :)
ReplyDeleteWe're supposedly going shopping later today, because I gave HC gift cards to buy a new golf bag...which I'd like him to get right away. I also have to get a protective case for the iPod he got me. Because it was darn expensive, and I don't want it to get messed up. My MP3 player is one of the few things that gets me through work sometimes without loosing my mind. And my last MP3 had shrunk to a battery life of NADA. (Meaning the only way to listen to it was to have it plugged in.) But would you believe the iPods don't come with a walk plug? You have to charge it on your PC. That won't work. I don't want to plug it into my work laptop. So I have to buy a wall plug too. they get you coming and going. Here's the machine, but if you want anything to use it with, well that costs extra.
I have spent several hours today cleaning. The house was messy, and my parents and siblings are coming for dinner tomorrow. So we had to, like, locate the kitchen table under the clutter, and clean the bathroom. Blah.
I won't be going out in the madness either. First, no money to blow, second..I did Black Friday..I'm doing Crazy Friday...lol!

well, you know how I feel about all of it. People like that are just looking for an excuse, and you have as much right to your beliefs as they do theirs.
ReplyDeleteanyhow, you know I'm happy for you, and you know I also believe that everything happens for a reason,, even babies (Trevor was one of those, so I know it's true!)
You'll find a way to make it all work and work well. I know you will! My mom had 9 kids and we were pretty darn poor most of the time, but you know what? I don't remember being poor, because we had lots of love in our house, and I wouldn't have it any other way!
While I don't care for some of your tone here I do understand where it's coming from. It's not really my place to comment on the life decisions people make. We only know each other as much as we let on here online and all I can do is wish you the best in life and encourage you to be faithful and gopeful. Ultimately, there's no reason for what anybody thinks about your life here to have any real effect on your life, how you live it and perceive it. If you do your best to follow the Lord and follow His Word, He is not gonna give you more than you can handle. Just do your part and live a life that is one that is worthy, humble and grateful.

Oh .. I am pretty open and honest too. I hide NOTHING.. so I THINK the REAL me is pretty much the same. I like to be as honest as I can, but that is why I haven't alot of friends anyhow. No one likes honesty ..... they just want to hear what pleases them .

Have the specifically written something to intentionally hurt you or have respected where you are at in life and tried to sshare something, anything encouraging? You're friends don't have to agree with what happens in your life but they can at least be respectful and bottom line.....be there.
ReplyDeleteI donno. I have thought of this ALOT today ... a select few are on ignore mode, I don't know if they don't know WHAT to say or are just in dissaggreement with me. They are just shunning me and saying things to disclude me .. so no, they are not there for me. I feel like they are against me. Only a few people are "being there" for me right now - family too, so it isn';t just here, but I feel so alone and hated. I am tired of being depressed over things like this.
ReplyDeleteHeh...did I mention that on my Dad's side of the family, my grandma was one of 7 kids and my grandad was one of 12? In the case of the 7 kids, they were a farming family, so that was their cheap labor. But the 12 kids were children of a lumberman. So I don't know the motivation there. I jokingly say I'm descended from rabbits.

I think that it's your blog and you can sy what you want Tammie. But also people are allowed to feel what they want. They don't have to agree with you, but they should at least be curteous in their comments. I just think that babies aer a very touchy subject for most everyone, so feelings get super tense and emotions run high. Do what is best for you and don't let others get you down.
