2) Gracie is being so cranky the last few days - she is getting both bottom teeth in and I think she has a cold too - not fun !
3) I LUV my new washer and dryer ! I cannot say that enough ! Since my washer don't have the agitator in the middle of it - I can wash so much - I have stuffed pillows and blankets and all kinds of things in and it washes it - it is so cool ! Who knew a new washer would make me so happy ! Ahhh- the simple joys of life :O) ... reminds me - I must fold whats in dryer. lol.
4) My kids last day of school is Thursday ... now - don't get me wrong, but last year at this time I was looking forward to it - this year I am not so much so. They seem to want to argue about EVERY last thing they possibly can - even if it is a box or toilet paper... I swear - I am serious. I must get out of here - or I will go crazy this summer - - I can tell !
5) Speaking of going away ... I am looking forward to meeting Windi, Lisa, and Anne in Chicago ... we are still working on the details, but hopefully we can all figure out a time that works for all of us ! We would have so much fun - I just know it ! My bestest friends here getting together !
6) Stacey's benefit was Saturday - and I hear all went well. I really wanted to go - but I didn't ... now I kinda wish I had. :O( If it just weren't for that one issue .....
7) Well - Jordan didn't break his arm - thank goodness. But the doctor said he did a really good bang up job on it. He has it bruised from his wrist to his shoulder and it is still a tad swollen - but no breaks that can be seen. I still don't see why boys feel the feel the need to goof around till they do things like that ! GAHHHHHHHH !
8) Its raining here today - perfect excuse for me to kinda be lazy .... my joints hurt so bad tooo ... I need some excedrin. Something tells me I'll be napping before long..... but, I hate being a lazy whiner --- so stuff must get done.
9) EeeeOOOOOWWWWW !!! I totally forgot Gracie has them teeth coming in ... and she just bit down on my finger. Must remember - must remember ! LOL !
10) Ok --- I must get on with my day - - have a good one my buddies !!!!! :O) LUV YA !

I think it is "arguing season" as everyone I know with kids is going through the same thing regardless of the ages of their kids!!!

I agree..I luv the simple things too..Example.. just got a new Deep Fryer the other day...a nice big one..I did Fryed Chicken in it last night..u woulda thought it was the best thing since sliced bread..LOL..once I got the hang of it that is..lol. Oh..and I was the same way when I got my new washer..it was alot bigger than my old one too..luved it! Doesn't take much to make us happy huh??!!..LOL . Anywho..glad Jordan's arm is not broken..how did he hurt it anyway??..Left that part out of the story..Hehehe! The kids have been out of school here for a like a week..hope the argueing gets better. Maybe once they're out of school for a bit things will improve... u can straighten em' out...lay down the law!!..lol Well hope u have a most wonderful day and that little Gracie gets to feeling better!..Chomp-Chomp!!..Hehehe! ttyl! sorry for the arguing kids...I know all about that. let's just put it this way: I'm not going to miss the kids much when I drop them off at mom and dad's next week! LOL (Ok, I won't miss them for a few days anyway!)

Gah, your joints hurt? You should try the Monavie juice! It has glucosamine in it which helps relieve joint pain.

ReplyDeleteI know it sounds awful, but I always dread school ending. Chloe, especially, needs the structure and I am not structured with all the running around I do pet sitting and Griff just wants to spend time w/ me when he needs a ride.

My kids fight all the time and I'm starting to feel like that's my fault because all they see is that between me and Marc.
It was sunny here today, but then started raining just in time for me to walk dogs and get Chloe to her softball game that was NOT called off! We ad to sit in the freaking rain for over 2 hours! GAH!
I hope you ended up having a good day. If I were you, I'd be doing laundry all day long...if it makes you happy!
